Style by Marilyn is a small online shop built around one category we care about: sweaters. This is who we are, what we are trying to do and how we work.
A shop built around sweaters
Most of us own a lot of clothes and wear a few of them. Knitwear is usually one of those few — the layer for cooler days and long seasons. That is the category we decided to build a shop around.
- 1 One category, done properly We do not try to dress you head to toe. We stock knitwear — cardigans, pullovers, turtlenecks and zip-ups — so every piece on the site has been chosen against the same handful of questions.
- 2 Sizes S to 5XL, described honestly Every product page says whether a piece runs regular or oversized and lists the sizes it is cut in, and the size guide carries real measurements in inches and centimetres.
- 3 A price you can see in full Shipping across the United States is free, bundle discounts come off automatically in the cart, and there are no handling fees added at checkout.
What we are working towards
Our vision is a wardrobe where buying knitwear online feels predictable — clear sizing, honest fit notes, and pieces described the same way every time.
Our mission is to keep the catalogue narrow enough that we can describe every piece properly, with sizing information detailed enough to order with confidence, free shipping across the United States, and thirty days to change your mind if the fit is wrong.
We are a small team. The email address in the footer reaches the people who run the shop, not a call centre, and we answer within 24 hours on working days.

What we sell
Women’s knitwear: cardigans, pullovers and crewnecks, turtlenecks and mock necks, zip-ups and hoodies. Sizes run from S to 5XL depending on the style, and the sizes offered for each piece are listed on its product page.
How orders are fulfilled
United States orders are fulfilled through our fulfillment partner (3PL). Shoplex Solutions s.r.o. is the merchant of record. Orders are typically prepared in 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday); transit is usually 5–10 business days; total delivery is usually 6–12 business days. You get a tracking number by email when your parcel ships — full detail in our shipping policy.
How we handle problems
If something arrives damaged, is the wrong item or simply does not fit, email us within 30 days of delivery and we will send you the return instructions. Return postage is paid by you. The full terms are in our return and refund policy.
