The Cross Boutique operates as a dropshipping store. This page explains what that means before you order.

What is dropshipping?

Dropshipping means we do not hold our own stock. When you place an order, our fulfilment partner ships it to you from their warehouse in Ningbo, China, where the products are made. The order goes from that warehouse to your address in the United States.

Shipping in the US is free. Handling is 1–2 business days and transit is 5–10 business days, so delivery is 6–12 business days. We do not ship from a warehouse in the United States.

Returns

Returns go to the fulfilment warehouse:

You pay the return shipping in every case, including when an item is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered. We do not send a prepaid label. Use a tracked service and keep the proof of postage. The return window is 30 days from delivery. We do not offer exchanges. The refund goes to the original payment method within 10 business days after the return arrives and passes inspection.
