The Prague address is the registered office only. It is not a warehouse, not the ship-from address, and not a return address. Do not send returns to Prague. United States orders ship from Lane 1177, Jianlan Road, Meixu Street, Yinzhou District, 315100 Ningbo, Zhejiang, China. There is no United States warehouse. That Ningbo address is the return address. We do not email a different return address.

Shipping to the United States is free. There is no shipping charge at checkout for United States orders. Handling is 1–2 business days, transit is 5–10 business days, and the total estimate is 6–12 business days. Orders placed after 2:00 PM Pacific Time start handling the next business day. These are estimates, not a guaranteed calendar date.

You pay return postage in every case, including when an item is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered. We do not send a prepaid label. We do not offer exchanges. There is no restocking fee. You have 30 days after delivery to request a return. After we receive and inspect the return, we refund the item price within 10 business days. Return postage is not refunded.

Customs duties, import taxes, and clearance charges are not included in free shipping. If a customs authority or the carrier assesses them, they are your responsibility. We do not pay them. If a parcel is refused or not delivered because those charges are not paid, or because clearance does not go through, we do not refund those charges.
